01 Demos: audition use only

• Every demo on this site is for audition and reference only.
• You may download and share demos internally to decide whether my voice suits your project.
• Demos may not be broadcast, published, sold, edited, or used in any production, paid or unpaid, without my written permission.
• Brand names, logos and scripts that appear in the demos belong to their respective owners and are shown only to illustrate the style of work.

02 No AI use of my voice

• My voice, demos and recordings may not be used to train, clone or synthesise any AI or machine-learning voice model, or to create a digital replica of my voice, without a separate written agreement.
• This applies to delivered work as well, unless a signed contract says otherwise.

03 Quotes, purchase orders & payment

The short version: we agree a budget, you send a Purchase Order (PO) by email, I record, and I invoice once you are happy.

1. You send me your proposal (script, usage and deadline) and we agree on a budget.
2. You send a PO by email with the agreed budget and deadline.
3. I record and deliver the work.
4. Once you are happy with it, I send the invoice. I confirm by email when payment arrives.

• POs by email only. Please do not send a PO by message or any other channel. Email keeps every project properly recorded.
• A PO can be your company's own form, or simply an email stating the budget, deadline and payment terms.
• Production companies and agencies: send your PO by email with your own payment terms (for example, payment after 50 days).
• Larger budgets: I ask for an advance before I start, and the balance once you are satisfied with the final work.
• Budgets are based on script length, usage, versions and deadline. If any of these change, we will agree a revised budget.

04 Usage rights

• The fee covers the usage written in the agreed quote. Wider usage, such as extra media, regions or a longer term, needs a new quote.
• Usage rights begin once payment is received in full.

05 Scripts, recording and revisions

• Please send the final approved script, with pronunciation notes or a reference read if you have one.
• You can book your own studio for a directed session, or I can book one for you. If I book it, the studio fee is an additional AED 500 per hour (standard studio rates).
• Small adjustments made during the same recording session are free of charge.
• Changes needed because you are not satisfied with my performance are always free of charge.
• Larger changes are assessed case by case, depending on how many words are added or how much the script changes.
• Anything beyond that, including script changes after the session or a new creative direction, is charged as a studio booking fee plus an additional fee for the extra audio content or adjustments. I will confirm the cost with you before recording.

06 Turnaround and delivery

• Short scripts are normally delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the final script and the PO.
• Same-day or rush delivery depends on my availability and carries a rush fee.
• Final audio is delivered by download link as WAV or MP3. Other formats are available on request.

07 Cancellation

• If you cancel before I start recording, I will refund any advance minus costs already incurred.
• If recording has already started, I will invoice the work completed.

08 Confidentiality and portfolio

• I keep your scripts and project details confidential until they are released.
• With your permission, I may add the finished work to my portfolio once it is public.
